1. GENERAL
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of showplacedrive.com (the “Site”) and all purchases made through our WooCommerce-powered store. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. ABOUT US
Showplace Drive is owned and operated by Kim White. We design and sell original art, wallpaper, murals, textiles, home goods, and digital design files.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You may create an account to access certain features of the Site. By registering, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
4. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Our product offerings include original designs, wallpaper, murals, textiles, home goods, and digital downloads. All products are subject to availability.
Natural variations in color, texture, pattern, or print registration may occur in physical products and are not considered defects. We strongly recommend ordering samples before committing to large quantities of wallpaper, fabric, or custom orders. Digital product colors may vary depending on your display settings.
5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including due to:
• Pricing errors or typographical mistakes
• Product unavailability or inventory limitations
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Errors in product descriptions
Once production has begun on custom or made-to-order items, orders cannot be modified or canceled. For standard in-stock items, cancellation requests must be submitted before the order ships.
6. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payments are processed securely through third-party processors integrated with our WooCommerce store, including Stripe, Square, and PayPal. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you with the corrected price and give you the option to proceed or cancel.
7. CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS – FINAL SALE
All custom, made-to-order, and personalized items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This includes wallpaper ordered in custom quantities, custom colorways, custom-sized items, and any product produced specifically to your specifications.
We strongly recommend ordering samples prior to placing a custom or large-quantity order. By placing a custom order, you accept full responsibility for the accuracy of your order details.
8. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS – FINAL SALE
All digital download purchases are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once a digital file has been purchased, regardless of whether it has been downloaded. By completing a digital purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Digital files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise specified in writing. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without written authorization from Showplace Drive is strictly prohibited.
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping timelines and delivery estimates are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for physical products transfer to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier. We recommend inspecting your order promptly upon receipt.
10. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within five (5) business days of delivery. Notification must include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the damage or incorrect item
Reports submitted outside the 5-day window may not be eligible for resolution. At our discretion, resolution may include repair, replacement, or refund of the affected item(s).
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including designs, artwork, patterns, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and digital files, is the exclusive intellectual property of Showplace Drive and Kim White, protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark law.
Purchase of a product or digital file does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from Showplace Drive.
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Showplace Drive and Kim White shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service at issue.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Showplace Drive, Kim White, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
15. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the Site in any way that:
• Violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws
• Infringes the intellectual property or other rights of Showplace Drive or any third party
• Transmits harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Interferes with or disrupts the Site’s operations or servers
• Attempts unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
16. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Showplace Drive regarding your use of the Site.
