Returns & Exchanges
Every Showplace Drive order is made to order specifically for you.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, ship the product back to us in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Once received and inspected, if the damage is determined to be a result of manufacturing or shipping we will issue a replacement. Damage resulting from improper installation or handling is not eligible.
